Full white gold. Nuanced scents of wheat, quinoa and peach, with a touch of caramel too. Vivid, juicy, lively, long but a little bit obvious on the palate. Tangy end.

This has amazing savoury and fruit balance, white truffles and precise stone fruit, clean but plush, lots of textures and excitement, developing well.
