Justin Knock MW
Australian national Justin Knock MW has lived in the UK since 2004. He is the founder of Élevage Wines, an importer of exceptional artisanal wine wines to the UK that launched in 2024.
Justin’s background is diverse and wide-ranging, having made wine in multiple regions of Australia including Margaret River, McLaren Vale, and in the Yarra and Hunter Valleys. In the UK his experience is equally diverse – formerly co-owner of fine wine retailer Philglas & Swiggot, director of luxury wine investment companies, director of the California Wine Institute, and involved in brand building, marketing, education and bulk shipping of Australian wines across Europe and the Middle East.
Justin enjoys travel to and fine wine from Greece, Italy, Germany, France and Spain in particular. He is married to Lenka Sedlackova MW, the first Czech Master of Wine and DWWA Senior Judge for Greece.
