Stefan Neumann MS is the Regional Chair for Austria and Siwtzerland at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2026. A Master Sommlier since 2017, Stefan has spent the majority of his career in the world of Michelin-starred restaurants like The Fat Duck, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and Le Manoir aux quat saisons.
In 2021, Stefan founded his own wine consultancy advising brands including The Symington Family Estate, Austrian Wine Marketing Association and various wine producers. Two yeards later, he launched an online blind tasting course to support aspiring wine professionals in achieving exam success.
A DWWA judge since 2015, Stefan brings extensive international experience, deep regional expertise and a passion for mentorship to his role on the panel. Find more about Stefan via his website.
