Tasting: Soave

Lovely depth, bright vibrant aromas and flavours, mint and menthol, white pepper, cinnamon nutmeg. Could use more depth on the finish but clean and precise; a very serious wine.

Mid lemon straw. Fresh and grapey with herbal notes. Zingy but ripe with rather soft-centred, green fruit elements. Zippy acid to finish but lacks a bit of flesh.

Fresh with some bready character on the nose. Crisp and clean with freshness but not any great depth of flavour.
