Spicy minty oaky nose, has lift and charm. Medium-bodied, supple, easygoing, fresh and lively. Has good acidity but lacks some depth and grip. Rather simple.

Youthful of hue and aromatic, with fermentation aromas still lingering, bacon rind and charcoal behind it. Palate a little unformed, young vine promise without the desired mid-palate harmony.

Bonny robe; reductive, peppery, dusty air, sleek black fruit within. Palate bears juiced black fruit with a dust side to it, a rail of restraint after half way. Assertive spot of dark berry fruit on aftertaste, some heat. Food best.
