Vita Novus
Manufacturer:
Andrew Jefford
Tasting: Western Australia Chardonnay
Pale to mid gold. Relatively neutral aromas: soft hay, plant sap. Intensely acidic, vivid, searching, sappy. Finally the acids seem a little too dominant to me, slightly suffocating the fruit. But clean and pure.
Roger Jones
Tasting: Western Australia Chardonnay
Intense and savoury on the palate, lingering intensity on the tongue, ripe rich opulent flavours with a deep aftertaste.
Alessandro Marchesan
Tasting: Western Australia Chardonnay
Pronounced and intense ripe fruit with well integrated oak notes. Rich and creamy with crisp acidity and long aftertaste. Maybe a bit too much oak?
