Ferran Centelles AIWS has been a sommelier at elBulli restaurant since 1999. Today he combines the role of Wine Director at elBulli Foundation with other project such as Outlook Wine (The Barcelona Wine School) and Wineissocial in Spain. Ferran won the Ruinart Best Sommelier of Spain award in 2006 and the Premio Nacional de Gastronomia in 2011.
