Francesco Rinaldi & Figli
Manufacturer:
Andrea Bricarello
Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
Meaty and slightly dirty first glass. A bit volatile and unbalanced on the palate.

Stephen Brook
Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
Bright deep plum. Fresh and expansive nose with cherry aromas. Balanced and fresh with ripe cherry flavours balanced by reasonable acid. Fair finish of some length.
Ian D'Agata
Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
Bright ruby-red. Slightly blurry aromas due to the high alcohol; red berries and herbs, mainly. then more herbally red berries with a saline peppy nuance at the back, enlivened by juicy acidity. I would have liked more fruit though.
