Dense nose, robust black cherry fruit with a light savoury tone. Quite rich, full-bodied, concentrated, has some heft. Not much finesse here but has plenty of lift and vigour, and tannins carry the wine through to a fairly long finish.

Dark blue fruits in nose. Unexpected surge of oak in middle. Dense and concentrated. Modern and well-made but a bit hot. Sweet finish.
