Aldo Clerico
Manufacturer:
Andrea Bricarello
Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
Ethereal first impression, with shy fruit. Rich and deep palate with complex aromas of violets and roses. Delicate yet intense it has a great personality and overall intensity.

Stephen Brook
Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
Dense crimson/blackberry. Round full and fragrant with herbal-toned plum and cherry fruit. Medium weight, intensely flavoured with good fresh acid. Some development of flavour; handles the alcohol reasonably well.
Ian D'Agata
Tasting: Barbera d’Alba
Inky purple. Muted aromas of black fruit and vanilla, but this isn’t really very expressive right now. Sweet and suave on the mouth, with mineral nuances complementing lively acids and ripe fruit. Finishes medium long but could use more complexity.
